Mrs. Sara Mildred Dominey McGinnis, 85, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Pinewood Manor Nursing Home.A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. David Fisher officiating. Visitation will follow the service in the chapel.Burial will be in Seville Cemetery.
Mrs. McGinnis was a native of Dooly County, Ga. and a member of the Seville Baptist Church.She was a homemaker.Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Gordie McGinnis; parents, Fred and Bessie Dominey; son, Jimmy McGinnis; 6 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include a son, Ronnie McGinnis (Lanae) of Perry, Ga.; daughters, Brenda Raley (Mike) of Ponte Vedra, Florida; Marcia Morris (Reggie) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Freddie Cochran of Hawkinsville, Ga., Shirley Thompson of Pineview, Ga.; grandchildren, Heatherly and John Chandler, Brandy Raley, Jennifer and Rusty Yansom, Jeremy Forehand; great-grandchildren, Ancil and Adgel Chandler and Anna Yansom.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
