Survivors include one daughter, Brandi (Clay) Thornburg of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Glenda Hair and Brenda Walton, both ofPerry, Ga.; brothers, David (Ruth) Fordham of Cumming, Ga., Carroll Fordham and Ricky (Beth) Fordham, all of Eastman, Ga.; one grandson, Joshua Thornburg of Hawkinsville, Ga.
The family may be contacted at the residence of Brandi and Clay Thornburg, 76 Honeysuckle Road, Hawkinsville, Ga.
