Julie was the very definition of a sweet Southern lady.
She attended Hawkinsville High School and Baker Academy and spent the last years of her life in Sylvester, Georgia.
Throughout her life, Julie worked at several peanut packing plants in the area and later at Walmart, where she spent time stocking shelves before her health no longer allowed her to continue.
She took pride in her work and in serving others.
Julie was always the first to say hello and the first to call. She cherished long phone conversations and deep, meaningful talks.
She was deeply involved in her local church and radiated a love for God that spoke louder than words. Her faith was steady, quiet, and unwavering.
She had a tender heart for animals, especially her beloved dachshund, Brownie, and her cat, Little-bit. Though she wasn’t fond of social media, she found joy in simple comforts — curling up under her favorite blanket with Chinese food and her favorite movie, An Officer and a Gentleman.
Julie never had an unkind word for anyone. No matter how difficult life became, she met each challenge with love, grace, and a steadfast belief that her faith would carry her through.
She was the mother of her daughter, Miranda, whom she was so very proud of.
Julie leaves behind a legacy of kindness, faith, and enduring love that will be treasured by all who knew her.
