Joyce Newman Morris
November 2, 1928 — October 4, 2012
Mrs. Morris was a native of Tampa, Florida but spent many years in Hawkinsville, Georgia and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church and of the Baton Rouge Garden Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Newman Harley (Arnold Dale) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; brother, Johnny Dean Page, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Sara Hall (Raymond) of Sandersville, Georgia, Francis Harrell of Moultrie, Georgia, Carolyn Reilly (John) of Santa Ana, California and Patricia Porter of East Dublin, Georgia. Mrs. Morris is also survived by three grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10a.m. to 12 noon on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
