James Larry Dixon, III,77, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Thursday, October 1, 2009 in Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.Memorial services will be private.

Mr. Dixon was a native of Winter Haven, Florida.He was a retired produce broker and was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Dorothy Dixon and brother Samuel (Sammy) Dixon.

Survivors include three daughters, Tracy (Kevin) NeSmith of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Wendy (Rusty) Garren; Robin (Ricky) Burr, all of Tifton, Ga.Sons; James Larry Dixon, IV and Jeff (Bethany) Dixon, both of Tifton, Ga. and Kenny Dixon of Tallahassee, Florida.; Sister, Constance D. (Ed) Bagwell of Loris, South Carolina; seven grandchildren.

The Family asks that donations be made to United Hospice of Cordele, Ga.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. isin charge of arrangements.
