James Lee Burtchin

Mr. James Lee Burtchin, age 76, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at his residence. Services will be private at a later date. 

Mr. Burtchin was a native of Lima, Ohio and a retired funeral director and artist. He loved flowers, doing stained glass and bicycling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Arthur and Majorie Naomi Rice Burtchin; sister, Becky Gross and brother, Scott Burtchin.

Survivors include his partner of 32 years, David Lynn Kellogg and niece, Ginny Gross.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
