Mrs. Jackson was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a charter member of Broad Street Baptist Church.She retired from Opelika Manufacturing Company as a weaver.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, G. W. (Nat) Jackson and sister, Evelyn Garrett.
Survivors include her children; Sharon (Jimmy) Gilbert, Helen (Harold) Peacock, Eulyne Vaughn and Terry Vaughn; grandchildren; Donna Helm, Dale Gilbert, Kenneth Gilbert, Kim Escolano, Roger Vaughn, Travis Vaughn, Jay Peacock and Heath Peacock; 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Fountain, Lee Garrett, Jim Souleyrette,Dan Floyd, Paul Black and Russell Conner.
Visitation will be Saturday evening, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
