Mr. Pittman was a native of Pulaski County and a member of Midway Baptist Church. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran and a truck driver.
He is survived by his mother, Sybil Bryan, Hawkinsville; sister, Barbara Marshall, Valdosta; brother, Michael (Shirley) Newman, Hawkinsville; nephews, Michael Marshall, Atlanta and Matthew Marshall, Valdosta; Colby Newman, Macon, and Joseph M. Newnan, Charlotte, NC; nieces, Jessica Mahaffie, Kingsland, Judy Weaver, Warner Robins, and Diane Fleck, Kathleen; 4 great neohews and 1 great-great nephew.
Clark Funeral Home, Hawkinsville, GA was in charge of arrangements.
