Charles Howard Johnson

   Mr. Charles Howard Johnson, age 71, of Byron, Georgia, passed away August 29, 2025 at Atrium Health Navicent Peach Medical Center in Byron, Georgia. Services will be held at a later date.

   Mr. Johnson was a native of Macon County, Georgia and a member of Centerville Baptist Church. He was retired from the State of Georgia Forestry Commission. Charles loved spending time with his family, photography, model trains, R.C. Helicopters, cars and boats and loved gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Howard and Nancy Roper Johnson.

   Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Debra Becham Johnson; daughters, Tabitha Celeste (Joshua) Humphrey and Ashley Samantha (Byron) White; sister, Patricia Johnson Rogers; 5 grandchildren, Braylon, Miles, Simon, Wesley and Becham White.

   Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
