Charles William Barlow, 76, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Serenity Place in Dublin, Ga.Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2010 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Brother Walter Francis officiating.Burial will be private.
Mr. Barlow was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of the Baptist faith.He was a retired auto mechanic. Chuck was preceded in death by a son, Gary William Barlow and parents, Vance and Elisabeth Barlow.
Survivors include his wife, Marolyn Barlow of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 2 sons, Greg Barlow (Holly) of Duluth, Ga. and Galen Barlow of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 4 grandchildren, Tiffany Barlow of Duluth, Ga., Blake Barlow of Duluth, Ga., Jessica Green (Hal) of Perry, Ga. and Anthony Barlow (Christie) of Bonaire, Ga.; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Gene Barlow (Mazie) of Jacksonville, Fla.; sister, Velma Pierce (Paul) of Griffin, Ga.
Flowers will be accepted but the family would appreciate memorial contributions be made to Serenity Hospice: 520 Hillcrest Parkway, Dublin, Ga. 31021.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
