Cecilia Elizabeth Johnson

Cecilia Elizabeth "Betty" Johnson passed away on October 14, 2026, in Moultrie, Georgia. She was 80 years old.

Betty was born on August 19, 1946. She was retired from Perdue, where she served as a dedicated administrative assistant. Her work reflected the steady care and commitment that marked her life. She was also a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Hawkinsville, Georgia. 

She loved animals and found great joy in spending time with her family and friends. Those who knew Cecilia will remember her for the simple and meaningful way she cared for the people and things she loved. Her presence brought comfort and warmth to those around her, and she will be remembered with deep affection.

She is survived by her sister, Gail White and brother, George Vernon White, Jr. who will cherish her memory and hold close the bond they shared.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her father, George Vernon White; her mother, Sadie Ruth Collins White; and her brother, Joseph Lee Johnson.

Betty will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
