Brian Stanley Daniel, 62, of Hawkinsville, GA, passed away on August 13, 2026. Brian was born in Lenox, GA to Melba and Stanley Daniel on August 6, 1964, where he grew up with his brother, David Daniel and sister, Lisa Matney. On June 6, 1992, Brian married Amy Daniel, and shortly after on July 30th, 1993, had their son, Dalton Daniel. Brian and Amy shared 24 years together before her passing on July 9, 2016.
A visitation will be held starting Sunday 8/16/2026 at 2:00 pm with a service starting at 3:00 pm in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Robert Lancaster officiating.
Brian spent 35 years at Robins Air Force Base, whether using his hands working on gyros, discussing work plans with the MXSG Engineering crew, or supervising his staff (friends) as the Section Chief of the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG). Being an engineer himself, he could work on anything from air craft components to vintage hot rods (1968 Chevy Camaro SS).
Left to cherish his memory are his son Dalton Daniel (Julia), his parents Stanley and Melba Daniel, his girlfriend of 10 years, Tammy Myers, brother David Daniel, sister Lisa Matney (Wendell), niece Desiree Daniel (Manny), nephew Wendell Matney, Jr (Mai), great nephew Austin, great niece Lily and niece Brandi Cardenas (George), great nieces Lena and Aria, Tammy’s children, Dakota Hart, Josh Hart (Miranda), and grandchildren Joshua “ LJ” Ashton Hart, and Austin Forrester. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
He enjoyed his retired years doing what he loved most - kicking back with Tammy, keeping an immaculate yard, making miracles happen with his green thumb, and taking care of everyone he loved.
Jack of all trades, master of them all
The Family would like to thank Pruitt Health and staff for Brian's care in his final hours.
