Pastor Billy C. Cox, 71, of Cochran, Ga., passed away Monday, November 29, 2021.A visitation will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 12 to 1 p.m. with the service to begin at 1 p.m. at Lakeview Baptist Church, 203 Lakeview Church Road, Cochran, Ga.
Pastor Cox was a native of Waycross, Ga. and a member of the Christian faith.He was Pastor at Storehouse Chapel in Cochran, Ga. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie Christopher and Lila Grace Smith Cox; wife, Debbie K. Cox; son, William Cox; sister, Linda Lou Mercer.
Survivors include his son, Cory Cox (Tori) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Christine Ryals of Wayne County, Ga.; grandchildren, Cayden Cox, Aria Landon, Shanna Smith, Madison Landon, Brittany Landon; brothers, Grandville Newton Cox of Axson, Ga. and Robert Cox of Argyle, Ga.; sister, Ruby Ann Stewart of Clinton, Kentucky.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
