Betty Francis Gay Passmore, 64, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Coliseum Medical Center Hospital in Macon, Ga.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013 in Orange Hill Cemetery with Rev. Joe Maynard officiating.
Mrs. Passmore was a native of Papertown, Alabama and a member of Riverside Baptist Church, where she was a member of the WMU.She was retired from Leshner Mills.Betty was a devoted Nascar and Jeff Gordon fan.
Survivors include her husband,Dennis Passmore of Hawkinsville, Ga.; son, James Thomas Passmore and daughter, Denise (David) M. Foskey, both of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brothers, Jack Gay of South Carolina, Junior Gay and Tom Gay, both of Alabama.; grandchildren, Tyler and Conner Passmore.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Coleman, Gene Passmore, Kim and Tim Cranford, Joe and Artie Morrow, Riley Scarborough and Ronnie Vivas.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm. at the Tyine Scarborough residence: 188 Commerce Street, Hawkinsville, Ga. 31036.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
